What is Servant Leader 360®?
Servant Leader 360® is a multi-rater assessment instrument which helps you understand your servant leadership capabilities as perceived by you and others. This helps you to know your strengths and uncovers your blind spots so that you can be a better servant leader.
What leadership traits does it evaluate?
The twelve leadership traits that are evaluated are Integrity, Humility, Servanthood, Caring for Others, Empowering Others, Developing Others, Visioning, Goal Setting, Leading, Modeling, Team Building, and Shared Decision Making. These twelve traits are evaluated using 100 questions (multiple questions for each trait).
How does it work?
You do a self-assessment on the twelve traits (by answering multiple questions for each trait). You would need to be assessed by five other people (not family or friends, but people whom you work with including people reporting to you, your manager, or peers) on these twelve traits (they answer similar set of questions as answered by you). They will also have the ability to provide specific comments on your twelve traits. All individual evaluations, but you will be given an aggregate score for each section and for each question. All comments per section will be anonymized and randomized to protect the identity of the individuals.
A radar chart for the twelve traits will help you understand how you perceive yourself vs. how others perceive you thereby uncovering your blind spots.
After your assessment is complete, there will be a one-on-one coaching session to help you understand your 360 assessment, understand your strengths, areas of improvement and to come up with a plan to address it.
How do I get it? How much does it cost?
Currently, Servant Leader 360® is only available to participants registering for specific tickets types for Ram’s workshops. And it is FREE for them.
